In a few words: The product was not delivered at the requested time and eventually was never delivered! I was credited on my Visa card for the mistake. I was never contacted by the florist for the mistake, so we waited all day for the flowers that never came. It put a damper on our anniversary.
My colleague and friend who lives in Laughlin NV absolutely loved her Celebration Christmas Flower Tree. She was so excited she even took pictures!
